We are a full service real estate agency serving Southern Oregon for over 30 years. We sell homes for our customers when asked, however, our primary business is representing you, the real estate buyer. Why would you want us to represent you as a buyer's agent? First, we have extensive home building experience, therefore, we can help you identify qualities and value in new homes that real estate agents without that experience may overlook. In addition, if you are seeking a pre-owned home, we can identify less obvious characteristics that may impact its value. We are members of the Southern Oregon Multiple Listing Service so we have at our disposal literally hundreds of properties. Because we are primarily a Buyer's Agent, we will show you any property available, even those for sale by owner, not just the listings from our agency.
