Fordyce Homes was established in Salem, Oregon following World War II.  During that time saw mills provided "random length" lumber and there were very few power tools.  As a result, E.J. Fordyce, our founder, and the craftsmen he worked with, built houses by cutting every piece of wood with a hand saw.  Obviously, the homes of that era were much smaller than today, however, we still believe in a "hands on approach".

Fordyce homes are built by experienced craftsmen who posses traditional pride in workmanship. Craftsmen who apply rigorous standards and pay attention to every detail to ensure Fordyce Homes exceed your expectations.  

Fordyce Homes is our new home construction division.  Additional divisions include Fordyce Real Estate, Fordyce Construction.  Combined, these divisions make up E.J. Fordyce and Associates L.L.C.
